All payments must be made through PayPal or Google Checkout. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. No exceptions. In your shopping cart the Google Checkout button is clearly marked. To pay with PayPal choose the button marked *Alternative Checkout*.
We ship Priority Mail from the United States Post Office and happily combine shipping whenever possible. In stock items are carefully packaged and shipped within 24 hours. We ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Even under the best of circumstances, returns are sometimes necessary. All returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving a shipment. Before making a return the buyer must send an e-mail explaining the situation. Do not proceed until we let you know that we're expecting the return. If our workmanship is at fault we will repair or replace the item free of charge and pay for shipping both ways. If the buyer has simply had a change of mind then the item(s) in question must be returned in like-new, sellable condition. The buyer will be responsible for shipping in this case. Please remember that we are a home-based business. Our return policy is as generous as possible under the circumstances. Our intention is to please our clientele. As such we make every effort to satisfy customers by providing quality products and customer service.

We only provide doll clothing.
We do not provide pet or people clothing.
We do not repair broken dolls.
We do not provide clothing for adult or teenage fashion dolls such as Barbie.
Mistakes happen, even with the best of intentions. If we make a mistake or the quality of our workmanship is lacking then we will do everything in our power to correct the matter. If we are not at fault then we will cooperate with the customer within the bounds of our policies as explained above.
